At Fun Tours Dubai, we understand that travel plans can change.
Our goal is to make cancellations and refunds fair, transparent, and hassle-free for all our valued guests.
This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for all bookings made through our website or authorized agents.
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:
Free Cancellation Window
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
- For private tours or custom experiences, free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will be non-refundable.
- No-shows or missed tours due to delay or personal reasons are not eligible for refunds.
Special Activities
- Some activities (e.g., hot air balloon rides, private desert events, or group bookings) may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation.
We allow date or time changes free of charge if requested 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Last-minute changes (within 24 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee or be treated as a cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
If payment was made by bank transfer or cash, refund will be sent via bank transfer or voucher credit (based on your choice).
Transaction fees (if any) charged by Nomod, Stripe, or PayPal may be non-refundable, depending on their terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:
Unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, vehicle issues, or government restrictions.
Low participation for group activities.
In such cases, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative date or similar tour (based on guest preference).
We always aim to notify guests as early as possible.
Guests who fail to appear at the designated pickup time or location will be considered a no-show and no refund will apply.
Drivers wait up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time before departing.
For large group or private event bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after the confirmation deadline stated in your invoice.
No refund will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters, sandstorms, heavy rain, or unsafe weather
Road closures or government restrictions
Acts of God or political unrest
We may, however, offer rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion.
