Snow gear (clothing and equipment) is provided at the venue.

Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

For the Snow Bullet: minimum age 8 years, minimum height 125 cm, minimum weight 30 kg; maximum weight 120 kg.

Certain rides have height/weight restrictions.

Cameras and mobiles are not allowed in the Penguin Encounter Area.

Eating/drinking inside the cold zone is only allowed at Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant.

No refunds for unused or partially used tickets.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Ski slope access is only available for experienced skiers/snowboarders.

Snow Premium packages must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the visit.

Venue is not wheelchair accessible; pregnant women are not allowed on activities.

For transfer options, eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside vehicles.
