• Please report to the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed)
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• No Live Music during Ramadan rest of the services remains the same.
• Boarding starts between 7:45 pm – 8:00 pm
• Departure: between 8:15 pm – 8:30 pm 

Cancellation Policy;

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy:-

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate
• Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
